The key to this increased efficiency is consistency. Fixtures remain resident in the cell to ensure lot-to-lot repeatability, and reduce the non-value-added operations. These cells, combined with the rigidity of the Mori Seiki Robotic CNC equipment, allow WPP to produce precision machined components.
Our Robotic CNC Machining Cells are a great fit for high production runs, or high mix, low volume work statements.
